3CH Rent a Car was growing its digital presence but lacked a consistent and user friendly online experience. Customer interactions across the website, booking process, and communication channels like WhatsApp felt fragmented, making it harder for users to quickly find information, complete bookings, and engage smoothly with the brand.

To improve the customer experience, I helped design the first iteration of the 3CH Rent a Car website and researched user behaviors, expectations, and pain points. The solution focused on creating clearer digital journeys, improving booking related interactions, and aligning customer touchpoints with the company’s business goals and brand identity.

3CH Rent a Car was going through a period of digital and operational transformation and needed a stronger online presence that better reflected the business and improved customer interaction. At the time, many customer touch points felt fragmented, from the website experience to communication channels like WhatsApp, making the booking journey less intuitive and consistent for users.

As part of the project, I helped design the first iteration of the 3CH Rent a Car website while researching customer behaviors, expectations, and pain points to better understand how users interacted with the brand digitally. The goal was to create a more accessible and user friendly experience that aligned both customer needs and business objectives.

I worked on user facing digital experiences, digital campaign assets, and UX focused improvements across customer touchpoints, including booking flows and WhatsApp interactions. By collaborating with cross functional teams, I contributed to improving brand consistency, communication, and overall user interaction across the company’s digital channels.
