Mogli is a software that streamlines decentralenergy installers’ work by connecting their softwaretools, removing duplicate data entry, and automatingworkflows. My work involved:- Identify the core pain points ofcurrent non technical users of automation softwares,as well as understand if users preferred NaturalLanguage Model or a Drag & Drop Feature.- Create User Personas and UJM- Design and Prototype a final iteration.
